Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Policy sets cancellation, refund and no-show terms for travel services sold through depelearning.com by depelearning.com LLC (EDRPOU 37179400), 7-A Svobody Avenue, Business Center Renaissance, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Pre-contract information
Before booking we disclose the tour operator, itinerary, accommodation, total price, inclusions, cancellation terms and complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'. Advertising is identifiable and non-misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
3. Cancellation by you
Unless your confirmation states otherwise, written cancellation charges apply from receipt: 5% of the total price more than 30 days before departure; 30% from 30 to 15 days; 60% from 14 to 7 days; 100% within 6 days or after departure. Supplier charges, non-refundable deposits, visas, insurance and third-party fees may be passed on where shown before payment.
4. Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approved cancellation, less lawful charges. If a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, you may accept the alternative or receive a refund for that service. Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' rights remain unaffected.
5. No-show and complaints
No-show without notice is non-refundable, except where caused by our error. Complaints: contact@depelearning.com or +380 982 595 7473 with your booking reference. We acknowledge complaints within statutory deadlines and aim to resolve within 30 days. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
6. Data and cookies
We process booking data under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies need prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' and Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'; you may reject or withdraw consent anytime.
