3. Booking requests
A submitted form is a request, not a contract; a contract arises on our written confirmation and receipt of payment. Before you confirm, we provide pre-contract details of the service, total price, cancellation and refund terms and the complaint procedure, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
4. Inclusions and third parties
Packages list inclusions, route, dates and accommodation. Accommodation and transport are supplied by third parties; as tour operator we remain responsible for proper performance of the booked package under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'.
5. Itinerary changes
We may change route, schedule or accommodation for safety, weather or provider reasons, offering an equivalent alternative or price reduction, with notice before departure. Advertising stays identifiable and accurate under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.
6. Liability
We are liable for direct proven losses caused by our fault, not for events beyond reasonable control or third-party services bought separately. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.

Write to contact@depelearning.com or call +380 982 595 7473. We reply within the deadlines of Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and explain out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
