02 · What we do

depelearning.com is a tour operator registered in Lviv (LLC, EDRPOU 37179400) that designs and runs private sightseeing journeys through Ukraine. Architecture, regional heritage and the room you sleep in are contracted together by one coordinator, so a 16th-century fortress, a Habsburg-era theatre and a Soviet modernist bus station can sit inside the same three days without a supplier renegotiating in between.

Private departures only, 2 to 8 travellers. No coach groups are sold or joined.

05 · Fixed versus yours

The frame is fixed. The rest is yours to set.

Each journey begins from a documented skeleton: cities, eras, nights and property grades written down before anyone books. From that sheet you move nights, raise or lower the accommodation grade, and add the days you actually came for.

Always included

  • Rail and intercity transfers between the listed cities, with the driver and vehicle named in the dossier.
  • Rooms in the graded properties on the specimen sheet, breakfast included, city tax settled at booking.
  • A licensed guide for every walking segment, matched to the era and the ensemble you came to read.
  • A named coordinator reachable by phone across the whole trip, working Ukrainian hours.

Yours to decide

  • Night allocation: shift one night from Lviv to Chernivtsi and the fortress day moves with it.
  • Accommodation grade: Heritage, Classic or Contemporary, often on the same street with the same guide.
  • Pace: two ensembles a day, or one plus a long lunch in a market hall.
  • Region: add the Carpathian foothills or the Southern Bug, and the routing is rebuilt rather than patched.
  • Private additions: a chamber concert, a tasting at a family winery, a second-language guide.
  • Castle and museum entry, paid by the guest at the door.

Send your dates, the size of your party and the accommodation grade you accept. A coordinator replies within one working day with a night-by-night outline, the travel time between stops and a per-person figure.
