2. Data, purposes, bases
Booking and contact forms collect name, email, phone, travel dates, destination, accommodation preferences, passenger count, complaints and correspondence. We do not collect card data. We use data to perform your tour contract, answer enquiries, manage bookings, meet legal duties, prevent fraud and improve service. Bases: contract, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interest under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
3. Retention and recipients
Booking and accounting records are kept for the statutory period; enquiries for 24 months unless a legal claim requires longer. We share only necessary data with accommodation providers, tour partners, payment processors and IT hosts. Partners may be outside Ukraine; transfers rely on consent or contractual safeguards under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
4. Cookies and rights
Non-essential cookies need prior consent and can be rejected or withdrawn via cookie settings under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' and Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent or complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
