01 — Tailor-made
Every itinerary is built from three decisions: which segment you travel, which accommodation grade you sleep in, and how fast you move between them. Change one and the rest re-costs in front of you.
We publish fixed journeys because they prove the mechanics. A tailored journey takes the same segments out of the specimen table and re-orders them around your dates, your interests and your walking tolerance.
Nothing is invented on the day. Each segment has a named guide, a listed property and a stated transfer time.
Not sure which segment to cut? See how the request is built, or open the request form directly.
02 — REQUEST
Tell us which segments you want, the accommodation grade you prefer and the pace your party can keep. A coordinator replies with a draft itinerary, usually within two working days.
03 — Process
Four steps, each with a named person and a stated turnaround. No automatic quotes, no call centre.
Send the region you want, the accommodation grade and how far you like to walk in a day. A short note is enough; we ask about flights and stairs only where it changes the route.
You receive a written itinerary laid out as a specimen table: place, era and style, nights, accommodation grade. Each segment carries one sentence explaining why it sits next to the next.
We name the property, the room type and the guide for each city before you pay. A deposit holds the rooms; the balance falls due 30 days before arrival.
Your arrival transfer is booked against the train or flight number, and the coordinator who wrote the itinerary stays reachable on the same number for the whole journey.
Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and subject to availability. Additional taxes, fees and locally paid city tax are listed separately in the proposal. Start with the request form, or compare ready routes on the journeys page.
04 — FAQ
Short answers on timing, walking load and cover. If yours is missing, write it into the request form and a coordinator in Lviv replies within one working day.
Late April to mid-June and September to mid-October give steady daylight and open interiors. July and August add 5 to 8 °C in Lviv and Odesa, and from November to March several heritage interiors admit visitors by pre-booked slot only.
City segments run 4 to 7 km on foot, over cobbles and staircases, with a car covering transfers between districts. Name your limit in the request form and we shorten the walking blocks or put a driver on the final kilometre.
Yes. Every traveller needs medical and repatriation cover valid in Ukraine for the full itinerary. We ask for the policy reference before the deposit and we do not sell insurance ourselves.
International flights, lunches on free afternoons, the local city tax collected at some properties, and personal spending. Gratuities for guides and drivers are left to your judgement, not built into the fee.
Yes, within the booked nights. Your coordinator can move a morning walk to the next day or drop a walking block and add a car transfer, provided the accommodation grade and hotel nights stay as reserved.
