Pricing and Fees Policy

depelearning.com · LLC · EDRPOU 37179400 · 7-A Svobody Avenue, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine

This policy explains how prices, taxes, surcharges and optional extras are formed for travel services sold on depelearning.com. It is part of the pre-contract information required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

1. Base price and occupancy

Published prices are per person and based on double occupancy unless the offer page states otherwise. A single-occupancy supplement may apply and is displayed before checkout. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the offer page.

2. Taxes and mandatory surcharges

The total shown at checkout includes all taxes, statutory fees, tourist taxes and mandatory service surcharges known when you book. No mandatory charge is added after confirmation. Where a local tourist tax is collected on arrival by the accommodation provider, this is stated on the offer page.

3. Optional extras

Transfers, excursions, insurance, meals and seat selection are optional extras unless expressly listed as included. They are priced separately and shown before payment; declining them does not affect the core service.

4. Availability and price changes

Prices and availability are confirmed only when your booking is accepted and confirmed. We never charge more than the total displayed at checkout. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance, and you may then cancel free of charge.

5. Third-party accommodation charges

Accommodation is supplied by independent hotels and partners. Charges for damage, minibar, parking, pets or local resort fees are set by the property and paid to it directly. They are not part of our price.

6. Cancellation and complaints

Cancellation and refund terms appear before checkout and in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Complaints: contact@depelearning.com or +380 982 595 7473; we reply within the deadlines of Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available via the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

7. Tourism and advertising

Tourism services follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'; advertising is identifiable and non-misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
